Unserious landlord! Contact person Lawrence was to put the key to the apartment in the key box, and send the code to the box. Arrived the apartment late in the evening, with no code received, and without anyone being present. Called Lavrence, Lorengo and the office a number of times, without anyone taking the phone!! So there we stood 7stk, of which 4 children, and did not enter the apartment. After 2 hours Booking had to be contacted, and the booking cancelled by them. They were also helpful in checking out other available apartments for us. At 02:10, 4 hours after arrival at Crompton, we arrived in a new apartment, where a fantastic night guard helped us in every way. A terrible start to our holiday in London, thanks to a very unserious landlord! Shadow away!!

- Clean and tidy apartment - Very close to public transport (underground and buses) - Close to supermarket and some fast food places - Check-in information was not correctly provided e.g. no person to greet and let you in the front door, instead you must ring to collect a code for the lock box. This could have been pre-organised via email, message or text prior to arrival. - No information in the apartment about the wifi password/connection - The lock on the front door to the building is broken and does not properly lock

We stayed here on a family trip to London and were very disappointed with the accommodation. The kitchen facilities were very poor- the oven and toaster didn’t work, there wasn’t enough cutlery for 4 people, the flat smelt of cigarette smoke, the living room blind was broken, the iron didn’t work properly and burnt a shirt, and there were no light bulbs in the lamps. The flat was very sparse and bare with no carpets, rugs, 1 cushion, no pictures on the walls etc etc. The entrance to the flat was past the bins - not really the 4 star accommodation that is advertised.
