Wonderful warm welcome just arrived back for another visit this place never disappoints. Staff are so friendly new member Pabon fits in so well lovely young man that was so helpful offered us water and drinks helped with parking charges nothing here is too much trouble and no matter how long it’s been since your last visit your made to feel like loved family member returning home. Haven’t checked in yet but can’t wait to see room. Thank you so much we have just having awful experiences at another hotel the other side of London when I walked in I could have cried with the welcome.

Lovely hotel. Great reception staff. On arrival we were promptly greeted and given our room. Had a nice drink in the bar. Room was great. It was a super hot day and the air con was already on. Wonderful Comfy bed. Breakfast was okay. Not much table cleaning going on. Limited hot food was available. However, lovely croissants etc. totally recommend

Great to see a different side of London and this hotel gives that option. A short walk from the O2 and a cable carried to the Excel. Great service from the staff. Room was comfortable and clean, but it is noisy outside, roads and airport, so you can't really keep the window open at night. Good breakfast spread. My only little issue was that there were only 2 lifts and over the 2 days I was there, 1 of them was always out of service. Caused delays when busy.
