Need to improve security’s at this hotel. The entrance door to annexe was wedged open so anyone could walk in off the street.

Location to Gatwick was good, dinner for evening meal was very good. Charlie who works on reception, does restaurant service, bar service and just about everything else was very friendly. But the heat in the tiny bedroom with a fan that just blew it about hotter was very uncomfortable and we couldn’t wait to leave.

In breif the team were very helpful, polite and friendly lovely atmosphere and relaxing no job to small. Would recommend though the rooms in summer can be hot but fans are available. Would rate this hotel 4 out 5 as its needs a bit of attention though it didn't spoil my holiday 👍 Location easy to find plenty of car oarking also meals children eat free !! My opinion value for money though nice to have lunch service with lite bites
