We stayed at the Sofitel as a stop over on our way to Greece for our honeymoon. The hotel was so nice, especially the breakfast buffet. Our waitress Kamaljit was so helpful and funny, and the food prepared by Chef Eddie was delicious. I usually skip breakfast at hotels because they are usually not good, so I am glad I took the chance on the breakfast buffet. 5 stars

We had one of the best breakfast experiences during our trip, and it was all thanks to Kamaljit. She was incredibly warm, kind, and attentive from the moment we arrived. She made our whole family feel welcome, especially our kids, who she treated with so much patience and friendliness. Her positive attitude and genuine care made our morning truly special. The service was exceptional, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you, Kamaljit, for making our breakfast so memorable. We will definitely remember your outstanding hospitality and hope to see you again! The breakfast itself was outstanding. The omelette was perfectly cooked, and the chef prepared both the omelettes and pancakes to perfection. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully made, making the meal even more enjoyable

This is such a wonderful place to stay. Incredibly convenient from the airport (go to terminal 3, then you can also take your cart with your luggage directly to the hotel). On arrival of my first visit, I was escorted to one of the three check in desks they have and immediately given instructions to my room. A bell hop took my things and wished them off. It was so nice to be free! I ordered the luxury room with access to the wine and snack hours. I did visit this space and it is quite lovely! Several reds, whites, and rosé. A nice charcuterie board as well. Quite pleasant after a hectic long journey from abroad. After getting into my room, I drew a bath which was exquisite! The tub was clean, but also rather large. I’m about average height (5’5”) and still had plenty of space. I also did use the shower and it was heavenly. They have a rainfall shower head and a detachable shower head as well. It’s completely separate from the tub. The bed was comfortable and I slept incredibly well. My return was just as wonderful. Since I was returning from a memorial and landing early, I paid extra for an early check in. Unfortunately my room was not ready when I arrived. I waited for nearly 2-3h for my room. Apparently there was an event where many people were checking out, and they did not have a room ready for me as of yet. They were very sweet though, they offered me to have a free breakfast at one of the restaurants and also gave me access to the social hour room (which on this trip I did not book). Both were great, and provided a much needed workspace while I awaited my room. That evening, I did eat at Vivre Le Experience and it was delightful. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. I would like to send a big thank you and pleasant cheers to Don who helped me manage things both times of my visit. He was not only helpful in directing me on where to go and what to do, but he also assisted the front desk is getting me settled into my room. I wish more establishments had people like Don there, it would make the experience so much more relaxing. If there was one thing I could change about the hotel, it would be to have accessible plugs by the nightstand. I realised, I couldn’t charge my phone or plug in anything by my nightstand (including an alarm). Otherwise, very lovely place and I would highly recommend staying here again!
