Bedford

No air conditioning. The fan in the room made next to no difference throughout our entire stay. Possibly OK in winter but definitely NOT in summer.

The Bedford Hotel was good value. The rooms were clean, and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast is buffet with plenty of choices. The option of eating outside in the hotels lovely garden was a plus. The heat wave this month in London was unprecedented, the hotel is not air-conditioned. The room came with a fan. But the windows did not open completely, so the breeze was minimal. I would stay here again, but not in the summer. I will also request a larger sized room. My single room was very small (I am American).

Staff brilliant...especially Meaghan. So attentive and focused on your needs. Left a lovely surprise for my daughter's big birthday. Beds so comfortable. Dining and relaxation areas wonderful. We watched the football in the lounge area which shut during half time. Without asking staff rang a pub down the road to see if a table could be allocated us! Lovely location within walking distance of theatre land.
