Comfort Inn Edgware Road

Located in a great part of town. Close enough on the number 6 bus to get into the main tourist locations, but far enough to be out of the busy bits and stay where the locals shop and eat.

The phrase "appearances deceive" can be applied to this hotel, when you arrive you find an entrance, which could be more that of a laundry than that of a peeeero hotel, nothing further from reality. The sympathy of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, their location and why not, their value for money immediately make those fears of not having got the hotel right disappear. Also say that breakfast is very short, our daughter is celiac and only had gluten-free bread. Otherwise all good, I would repeat without a doubt.

Great location albeit in a vibrant area. Minutes walk from edgeware Rd tube. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds, well decorated room with lovely shower and food air conditioning (we stayed during heatwave so game changer for us). Breakfast on site but good choice of cafes close to the hotel. You can leave luggage if needed on check out and still exploring London.
