They emailed me to say my card had been declined and could I make a bank transfer. Followed their instructions as I wanted my booking sorted as I was flying out of the country that morning. They promised to email a confirmation. No response after 3 emails over 2 weeks. Booking.com were unable to get in touch. I finally managed to get in touch and they said to send a screenshot of the bank transfer and that would be fine. On the DAY of my booking I get a notice to say my booking is cancelled. I am in the process of trying to get my money back, but I doubt it will happen as they seem to have removed their property from booking.com's website. Please save yourself the stress and book somewhere else.

I booked a double room two weeks before my arrival. When I arrived the guy told me it was a problem in the room I booked so I couldn't stay there. They didn't offered me another solución. They were extremelly rude when I called the office to complaint. They didn't tell me my room was not available anymore till the moment I arrived there, leaving me with literally nowhere to stay. Avoid, not worth even for the price.

We arrived here at 3pm and buzzed for access. I was left standing in the sold for quite a few minutes trying to get them to find my booking. After several minutes of trying to give my name over the phone they finally found it and I was advised I could only check in if I paid cash (the booking said explicitly 'no cash') as there was a 'problem' with their machine. I was literally left on the curb feeling like some type of criminal for trying to check in. Our room, booked with a baby, was on the third floor up several flights of narrow stairs; which looked quite unclean. We didn't have cash and to check in after going to get some would have been more trouble than the place was worth given they had not even let us in to check in. Given the literally icy reception, suspicious sounding dealings with cash and general lack of cleanliness we decided to check in elsewhere. Do not stay here.
