Crowne Plaza Gatwick

Good hotel, well located and easily accessible. Staiss is really courteous and happy to help. The lounge and restaurant is also well equipped with plenty food and drink options. Rooms and gym also good. Privana at restaurant is a good host and serves with smile.

Wonderful hotel for overnight stay prior to flying. We had a family room for one night (2 adults one child). Possibly the most comfortably beds in a hotel room. Fruit platter in the room along with bottled water (stayed in far more expensive 5 star hotels which provide neither). Breakfast was excellent and set us up for a long days travel ahead. Room was extremely quiet and had everything you could need. Check-in and out staff all super friendly - as were staff at breakfast. Whilst the room may be a little dated, the friendliness of staff and little touches more than make up for that. I’ve already booked again for October (that will be our 3rd booking for pre-Gatwick flights).

Had a lovely breakfast experience at the Cube Restaurant, Crowne Plaza Gatwick, thanks to Puvana’s warm and attentive service. She was friendly, professional, and made sure we were well looked after.
