Doubletree by Hilton Tower of London Hotel

Amazing team member Lubna who greeted us with a yummy cookie! We also got an upgrade as big birthday weekend. Room was fab. Breakfast was yummy. Roof top bar was great. Would recommend.

Ask for samira at the reception. Me and my partner Had a bad experience at a hotel around the corner on our anniversary and booked doubletree in emergency and I have to say this branch is a hidden gem and will definitely be my first choice going forward. Samira was really thoughtful and really looked after us and made sure everything a-z was perfect for us, the same service you will receive at a 5 star establishment .

Absolutely lovely staff, very friendly especially Lubna, greeted me with a warm, beautiful smile, welcomed me back and had a lovely conversation, Lubna made me feel very welcomed! Thank you! The food and drinks here are absolutely delicious, staff super friendly no complaints at all! My second time here and many more to come in the future. Considering it’s in central London it’s absolutely quiet.
