Earls Court Gardens Hotel

My son was stuck in the room and he fell alseep I had went to the shop for about 10 minutes and he had fell alseep it was boiling the window was open a bit and he would not respond to my calls and I was worried if something had happened to him I had asked the staff for a spare key to open the door as I was banging the door trying to open it and they said they didn’t have one like what? Then I continued to banging at the door for ages and they FINNALY came up and gave me a spare key after all that I had to go to neighbours and tap on my window from there room all they had to do is give me the key that they lied about and said they didn’t have ? Horrible experience woudnt go again not helpful

We had 3 nights in the hotel from April 15 to April 18, 2026. We are very pleased with this hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect, only 150 metres from Earls Court Underground Station. The rooms are small but perfect for an active city break. The room was cleaned every day we got new towels every day. The bed was good, there was a TV in the room, the wifi works perfectly and the staff super friendly. There was also hot water in the shower and we can highly recommend this hotel for City Holiday in London. We will definitely come back.

I caught mattress bugs in this outdated facility. Cleanliness: this unknown. You arrive at a mini reception, you climb the stairs carpeted with dirty carpet like never before. You enter the rooms through a ramshackle door (zero security, someone at night could have opened it with a cough). You enter the room and find a table fan attached to the cabinet with screws full of dust. a sink in the room and a bathroom type cabin where there is toilet and shower. The mini room was for 3 people, a double bed and a single bed filled with mattress bugs. It gives on the road so at night you hear ambulance cars and cars whizzing by that won't let you sleep. The dirty curtains. All old. A horror. There is no mini fridge. Ok, it's a 2 star and I didn't expect who knows what, but at least a decent cleanliness. Plus, I came home full of bug bites all over my body getting antihistamines, cortisone and cortisone creams. I've been waking up at night from the itch for a week. Said at the front desk says a nice "we'll check." But they did practically nothing. The entire structure needs cleaning, modernization, room expansion, reception h24... This is a horror!
