Grange Holborn

We stayed at the Nyx Holborn for vacation and had a wonderful experience, thanks to the concierge, Scott and daytime barista, Tony. Both went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! The hospitality of the front desk team and the hotel location were great as well. Would stay here again for sure.

> ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tony was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly kind, friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. He made us feel welcome from the very first moment and was always happy to help with anything we needed. On top of that, he makes the best espresso coffee in all of London! His excellent service and warm personality made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Tony—we hope to see you again on our next visit!

We arrived late afternoon on a Friday, at the hotel's ground floor bar. The bar decoration area is colourful and eclectic and there are some Instagram friendly installations in it. The vibe was friendly from the start. My friend had never had a mocktail before and Tony behind the bar made a special one-off mocktail for us! He is a very talented mixologist. The staff are very friendly, including Scott, the assistant concierge and we were treated like VIPs even though we were not staying at the hotel. Overall, a great first impression of the hotel and we are looking forward to our next mocktail adventure there.
