Holiday Inn Express Earls Court

Nice, quiet hotel. Staff where friendly. Room was big and clean. Breakfast was ok. Quiet abit of crockery was dirty, not checked when came out of dishwasher I would think. Hallways needed to be hoovered. Issue with paying for room with cash as didnt have my passport only my DL. I live in England so wouldnt bring my passport. DL was a valid proof of ID according to the website and lady on reception used it in the end and was very apolgetic for the issue Close to West Brompton Tube Station

Family rooms are the smallest I’ve ever seen. 4 beds rammed in with little space so not comfortable at all. Compared to other Premier Inns I’ve stayed in this one has been built to maximise value over customer experience. Would not recommend for a family of 4

Lovely Premier Inn. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Maz. Close to underground station. Would stay again
