Great stay on a coach trip to ABBA Voyage. Rooms lovely. Bar area really nice. Only criticisms - there was only 1 coffee machine working both breakfasts for a coach load on time restraints. The machine took ages to make one coffee so the long queue never went down! Had to cut breakfast short both days and go without. Breakfast food on day 1 could have been hotter and more readily available. Day 2 chef was much better. Also ran out of enough desserts on both nights for the coach load. Derek in the restaurant gave amazing service 😊. It was a pleasure to meet him and a credit to your team.

What a lovely hotel. Clean, modern and such nice and friendly staff. Got to say a big thank you to Derek, one of the waiting staff. So nice to get someone who likes to have a chat and give you lots of info about the hotel and things to do. Very friendly guy with a big heart and love that he wants to make sure you have everything you need to make your meal and stay just perfect. The food in the buffet (we were part of a coach trip) was simple stuff but all very nice on both nights and the breakfast was lovely too. Didn’t manage to get any chocolate cake the first night because everyone else must have loved it a bit too much 🤔 but I managed to get profiteroles for dessert the second night and they were lovely light, creamy little pockets of deliciousness. Would love to stay here again if I do another coach trip as it was all so nice.
