I stayed at this hotel about a year and a half ago for work, and I came back because I remembered how welcoming and friendly the bar team and the bar manager were. Unfortunately, this visit was a completely different experience. During my stay last week, there was almost no hospitality anywhere in the hotel. The biggest disappointment was the bar. I saw the young bar manager, Leo, speaking to his team in a very unprofessional manner. From what I witnessed, he doesn't seem to understand what genuine hospitality is about, and that attitude appears to affect the whole team. The breakfast service was also very poor. The staff seemed disorganised and unsure of what they were doing. The same lack of service was noticeable in the restaurant and even at the Starbucks outlet. If you're just looking for somewhere to sleep, this hotel is fine. However, if you expect warm, professional hospitality, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. It's disappointing to see how much the standards have fallen since my previous stay. Sadly, I won't be returning.

Receptionist Sant Hosh, Abi, super friendly and helpful. Even at late night when everyone is tired.
