Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was extremely polite, helpful, and welcoming. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. Everything was well-managed, making the stay comfortable from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great hotel experience. Would definitely love to stay here again

Good location for visiting south west London. The staff were friendly, helpful and their service was good. The bed was clean and comfortable. However, the hotel needs refurbishing. The arm chairs in the “bar” were grubby and the room was also not clean in places (bathroom door, hairdryer and hand soap dispenser - see photos). We didn’t eat here because of the above so can’t comment on the food.
