This hotel had everything you need for a pleasant stay. Great comfortable beds in a clean room. Lovely shower, although, it didn't get too hot but during the heatwave thats not been an issue at all. Yes, its warm, its a heatwave. But reception were more than happy to accommodate more than 1 fan in our room so we had a fan by both beds. Thank you for that. Our room came with plenty toiletries, a coffee machine and plenty coffees, teas, sugar and milk. A nice touch. The location is excellent, a 5 minute walk from Paddington station. Right where you need to be. The staff are very welcoming, chatty, friendly and willing to go above and beyond. Thank you for a lovely stay

I have been all around the world but never thought I would stay in this hotel. It’s basically a Scam. Don’t believe in the pictures they post. I booked for 2 days and only lasted there for 20 minutes. stains on bed. Bathroom was rotten and leaking water. Noise coming from vehicle outside. Waisted over $660 and no refund as promised by management. My google reviews was deleted with pictures I posted of this place. I will keep warning travelers to highly avoid this place.
