The hotel is nice and our room was clean. There was only 1 elevator working and the one elevator that did work seemed to have a problem stopping at floor 4. We literally had to punch the #4 button several times before it was activated. We told the front desk a couple times and finally on the second day we told them this was unacceptable I rode the elevator up and down several times and finally they had a maintenance person fix it. When we arrived we had 2 wash clothes after the first day they didn’t replace wash cloths they gave us hand towels to use. When I went to the front desk they said they don’t have wash cloths I said we had them yesterday. Also we had to ask for toilet paper since our person who cleaned the room did not replace the empty roll.
The hotel was in a good area for restaurants.
