The location is the only thing going for this hotel. Room had no plugs beside the tiny beds - twin room beds practically together. Furniture is dated. Very claustrophobic feel to the hotel- stairs is very narrow. Room was clean but bathroom is absolutely tiny. Didn’t eat at the hotel, they argued yeh price of the breakfast in booking.com which was cheaper was incorrect so I left it. On check in they wanted a £20 deposit which I gave in my Mastercard. On check out they said it would be returned within 5 working days- this still hasn’t been returned despite several emails to the hotel and no reply.

Third stay at this hotel and you cannot fault the location. We were attending a concert in Hyde park and it was the perfect base to walk from. I have previously stayed in a superior double and a superior single which were both fine but this third stay was a regular twin and while it was clean and tidy, it was VERY small. I paid £300 for bed and breakfast and while I am well prepared for the crazy spike in London hotel prices, I felt it was not value for money with the size of the room. Check in was excellent with a warm welcome from the gentleman on the desk and breakfast was pretty good although the apple juice was very strange - seemed sparkling instead of a breakfast juice. I would stay again but not unless the price accurately reflects the room size.

What a terrible experience at Marble Arch Radisson Guild Hotel!! I booked this almost a year ago specifically to attend BST event. The hotel had all my contact information and could have easily confirmed my attendance yet when I arrived at the hotel they had no availability, despite me contacting them to advise I would be late due to disrupted travel. Receptionist had the audacity to tell me it was overbooked due to the event - yes the one that I had booked 9 months ago for!! They flat out refused to let me speak to a Duty Manager claiming there was not one available and my option was to cancel or be put to Leicester Sq. The whole reason I booked this was the proximity to the event. With no other option and not getting anywhere with reception who were downright rude and condescending with absolutely no customer service skills, we had to leave our bags and attend the event. (Apparently it’s not allowed to be upset when they don’t provide you with the room that you have contractually booked) We were not the only customer that had happened to that evening so beware you may not receive the service you have paid in good faith for!! If I could give minus stars I would. This really spoilt out trip to London and as a patron of Radisson Blu for many years this WAS one of my preferred brands, NEVER AGAIN. Formal complaint will be sent to your head office. In addition to this when we arrived to collect our bags to be shuttled to Leicester Sw. they checked in another guest so reception flat out lied that there was no room available!! Appalling customer service, expecting patrons to accept their overbooking policy
