The Apartments Chelsea

The location of this property in terms of accessibility is very very good but the road it is situated on is busy and loud, so sleeping can be a problem. It is also situated on the top floor and narrows towards the top of the building so If you have heavy luggage I recommend not staying at the property. The biggest surprise was having the cleaning staff banging on the door at 930 in the morning then holding the door open with her foot yelling at me to leave the premises in 10 minutes. Then when we asked if we could arrange some later check out she yelled and carried on making us feel extremely uncomfortable.
