Disappointing stay – not what we'd expect from a SuperRoom We stayed on Friday 17th July and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience from start to finish. Check-in took much longer than expected as there was only one member of staff on reception, resulting in a lengthy wait. Our first room had no working air conditioning and felt like a sauna, making it impossible to stay in. We were moved to a second room, which did have air conditioning, but the fan was incredibly noisy, sounding like a car alarm throughout the night, so we still had very little sleep. To make matters worse, there was no hot water in the morning, meaning we couldn't have a proper shower before checking out. The hotel bar also ran out of wine by around 9pm, which seemed surprisingly early for a Friday evening. Finally, we'd booked a SuperRoom, but several of the advertised features listed in the room description were missing, making it feel poor value for the extra cost. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay with multiple issues that significantly affected our comfort. We hope these problems are addressed, but based on this experience, we would be reluctant to stay here again.

Brilliant stay at this travelodge. Comfortable and clean rooms, great location. Adding on breakfast is a great deal too and the staff are just lovely. Very attentive and helpful - thank you to Mathu and Subhadra :)

Matho really looked after us at breakfast, over hearing me telling my daughter she could not have a hot chocolate from the machine due to it being cows milk, but Matbo jumped in and offered to make her a hand made oat milk hot chocolate, despite the busy service time. She really went above and beyond and my daughter was over the moon, describing Matho as the lovliest person in the world. Thank you!
