The rooms and the breakfast are fine. Durga was really kind throughout my stay at the breakfast.

The rating is based 90% on the flawless and extraordinary customer service from all the staff we met - receptionists and cleaners. All very accommodating, pleasant and hardworking. My husband bonded with humble and friendly Durga and had a lovely conversation with her. It's worth coming to there just to experience what a 5* service is. 👌Unfortunately, in the reception and diner it's a bit too hot. Although fans on tables helped to relieve heat and stickinness. I liked water / juice dispenser free of charge. Room can be quite hot, especially when is sunny and on higher floors but the opened window brought some nice breeze and fresh air. Room became comfier after the sunset. Plumbing is good, shower pressure acceptable. Matrace is quite firm and very comfi, long enough but not wide enough for 2 slim tall people. I slept well without a pillow as it was too thick/tall to my liking. Furniture, kettle, TV obsolete and could do with upgrading. We slept well as we also experienced very quiet environment. For the price (central location, near the busy airport and in the summer holiday season) it was definitely worth it. Would visit again. THANK YOU LOVELY STAFF! ❤️💙💚

I stayed for 4 nights,i enjoyed every minute.The hotel is very clean,and well presented,my room too 507 was excellent.My special thanks to Ashish at reception,he was excellent and very helpful.Kind regards.Muhammad
