Hilton Hyde Park

Arrived early. Bought the most expensive room. Room not ready until after 5 pm. Lounge service dismal. Go to Bonvoy. Nothing special about this place. No matter how much you spend with them or your status.

You can't beat the location of this hotel! Right next to a Tube stop, it made it so easy to get to and from the hotel each day. The rooms are small, but that is to be expected at a downtown London hotel. Very clean though with helpful staff and wonderful extensive breakfast in the morning. Great base for exploring London!

We had another great stay at Hilton Hyde Park. Mohammad and the team looked after us so well and made a special effort for my wife’s birthday stay, which was much appreciated. I found the location of this hotel to be really great, the Aubaine restaurant that forms part of the hotel is high quality but more than anything, the staff were, as ever, excellent and the personal touches from Mohammad went above and beyond - thank you.
