Great location near Hyde Park and subway station. The rooms were clean, but the bathroom was a little outdated. The staff at the breakfast area was friendly the food choice was good.

Great hotel just a short walk from Hyde Park. Stayed here for 1 night following an awards ceremony at another local hotel. I didn’t want to stay at the awards venue as the rooms were £400+. Lancaster Hall was about half that price and was perfect. I booked a premier plus room which was clean, fairly modern (although bathroom could do with updating) and had a nice SMEG coffee maker as well as a fridge with some bottled water in. The room also had an iron & ironing board and a safe. Lots of plugs/charging points although a plug socket next to the bed would be a good addition. Bed was comfy and minimal noise from other hotel guests. Reception staff were also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
