Park Plaza County Hall (I) (Superior)

Premium priced, but poor to average quality hotel. Hotel fixtures in rooms and corridors in need of renewal/upgrading. Carpets stained, burnt and frayed throughout corridors and rooms. Cupboards don’t close properly. Damages are not repaired properly just patched up to keep the rooms being booked.

We were blown away with the warmth of staff, huge effort made to make our anniversary stay special and the additional touches for children. We’ll now book Park Plaza County Hall for all London trips. The welcoming atmosphere, exceptional service, cleanliness of the hotel, efficiency at breakfast and facilities within the executive suite family room we stayed in were all 10/10! A truly brilliant stay!
