Who in their right mind gave this crummy hotel more than 1 star? It’s dated and rather dirty. Be advised: no air conditioning! We were provided a dirty, weak fan. I’ve never been more miserable. Spend a few extra $ and stay somewhere else!

Very good hotel. Very small rooms, but clean and nice. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is centrally located in London in a nice neighborhood, and it is about 15 min walk to Oxford street.

The hotel is very convenient to Paddington Station, food outlets and not too far from Kensington Gardens. As a hotel on the budget end of the spectrum, I found that it felt a little cramped but the single room that I booked was adequate, clean and comfortable. I would have liked more than one pillow and the bed being on wheels was a little annoying. Paddington is a tourist heavy location and as a result, there is a lot of after hours street activity. This makes the area a little noisy well into the night. The staff were friendly and accommodating and for the price, I consider it good value for a well-located hotel.
