In conclusion, a good hotel in London located in a convenient area for visiting the city, right across from the entrance to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, and just a short walk from the subway. The staff at the reception is not particularly empathetic. The room is equipped with a safe, refrigerator, coffee and tea kettle, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. The daily cleaning of the rooms is good, and if requested, the change of towels is provided; however, the cleaning set is a bit lacking (only a soap dispenser in the shower and a bar of soap). Inside the rooms, some things need to be reviewed: the one assigned to us had a missing shower door handle, the carpet was damaged in some areas, and the air conditioning was not functioning perfectly. The breakfast served in a dedicated room is good, with fruit, jams, and croissants.

Staff very helpful. Bedroom nice and clean . Fresh towels ,air con , TV,fridge ,coffee and tea . 5 min walk to underground, just 3 min to busses. Breakfast nice and fresh (clean dining room) Few minutes to shop,restaurant and coffee. Nice and quiet what we like it 🥰🥰🥰

Good location beside Kensington Gardens, the single room was small but clean and comfortable. The aircon was a bit ropey and the breakfast is just breads, cereal, fruit salad, coffee, tea, juices. It's good value for the price and even though it was full it was very quiet
