Viking Hotel

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My stay was an absolute nightmare. I woke up covered in bed bug bites, and when I reported it to the staff, they couldn’t have cared less. No apology, no urgency, not even a proper check of the room. Their attitude was completely unacceptable — they acted as if I was making it up. I ended up leaving early because I couldn’t stand the idea of staying another night in that room. This hotel clearly has a serious cleanliness problem and zero respect for its guests. Spend your money somewhere that takes basic hygiene — and human decency

man on reception a bit abrupt, was given a room at the back of the hotel, these rooms are seperate from the hotel and resemble cheap motels. very dated room and marks on the bedspread, no duvet, bet its freezing in winter, sheets and pillow cases had a faint smell of smoke, carpet stained, only 3 tiny portions of milk, which 2 people had to share, 2 tea bags but one had been opened so didnt use, bathroom was modern and the shower was nice. Remote for the tv worked but the battery comparment cover kept falling off. only 2 towels left on the bed, not enough for 2 people, didnt try the breakfast because i read lots of reviews the night before and they were all bad about cheap food being served and miserable rude staff, glad only here for 1 night and wont book again. oh and you can very cleary here guests in the adjoining room, burping, coughing you name it, everything!

I stay in a lot of hotels in London. Usually impossible go find free parking.. which this has! Was so clean and the best value for money I have ever had in London! Convenient location, nice room, easy to get to my car! And free breakfast!
