Premier Inn London Twickenham East

We recently stayed for a few days with our daughter at the Premier Inn London Twickenham East, and we cannot praise the team enough. What makes this location so special is its cozy, welcoming scale—it doesn’t feel like a cold, massive complex. Situated in a pleasant area with lovely surrounding green space, it offers excellent transport links, convenient included guest parking, and delicious, reasonably priced food options. The highlight of our trip was the incredible service. Every staff member was friendly, but a very special thank you goes to Alice, Debbie, Kate, Philip, and Ramana. They went above and beyond to make our stay warm, seamless, and memorable. My daughter loved it so much that she immediately called it "home" and asked if we could stay longer. We visited another nearby Premier Inn during our trip, and the atmosphere simply wasn't the same. It is a real shame that the decision has been made to close this location. Wonderful, small, community-driven hotels with staff as dedicated as this team are rare. We are so grateful for their warm hospitality.

As you would expect a Premier Inn to be; clean, good condition and well located. The check-in was outsandingly polite and helpful, worth mentioning specifically. The restaurant next door was a fairly standard Beefeater with their standard menu. However for both evening meal and breakfast the service was quick, efficient, very pleasant and friendly

Very clean room and friendly staff and nice atmosphere. The room was nice and cosy and the bed was very comfy. Clean bedding and towels.
