Great value for money. The shared rooms and bathrooms were extremely clean. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The location is convenient for traveling and close to major tourist attractions. If I visit London again, I will definitely stay here!

Very poor experience, checked out early and booked another hotel nearby. Room so small 2 adults couldn't stand or move around it at same time, just about fitted a double bed in! Not very clean, t.v never worked.... despite us highlighting this to reception... nothing really was done. Hot tap in bathroom didn't work. Poor facilities. No regular cleaning/housekeeping. If u want just a bed ( very uncomfortable btw) for the night might be worth it. Otherwise pay a bit extra...go elsewhere....avoid it at all costs!!

We got the room 3 hours late because “the cleaner is sick.” Dust everywhere, mold, and no cleaning during the entire stay. A public toilet was located right outside our window, which caused a strong, acrid urine smell and sometimes even feces. Extremely small rooms. No AC. The staff sighed when we asked for more toilet paper. The fridge didn’t work. Nonchalant staff. Very low standard. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.
