Scammers. We arrived at the hotel and it was in parts several months ago according to what we were told by those who were working there. And they never answered us. WhatsApp blocked. They didn't take a call either. So we had to find another accommodation right away. Now we have to wait for the money back.

Oh, bad. I was doing work..and my friend and I were contaminated, had bichos (prrcevejo) in the beds, changed the bed clothes and requested a cleaning room no. I spoke to a receptionist (man) who looked like an Indian and I showed him the beast. We went to the doctor and we took the medication.. there was no one to clean the room, we had to clean, mattresses stained with what looked like "blood." There was no elevator and we had to climb stairs without help from anyone.. the only good thing and the location, close to the metro victoria( just that. From the beginning, they wanted to give a room no.subsol (where there is a window) that the stoner skipped the window and passed through the room. And because I was allergic, I requested another room, with a lot of cost, I managed to change room...my experience was bad..

BEDBUG PLAGUE The location is worthless if you have to end up sleeping elsewhere because it is not safe to leave your belongings there without taking a plague of bed bugs home. Uninhabitable, infested with bed bugs and totally left. Besides, without enough ventilation, no air conditioning, broken, dirty things, no toilet paper... Mattresses looked like they were pulled from the dump.
