Oh, bad! Zero cleaning. Do not clean the rooms, do not change the towels. Don't change the trash. I stayed three nights and tried to cancel hardly got to the room but it was not possible. The rooms are not the same as the photographs. The worst thing about this hotel is the cleanliness there is.

The hotel is in a good location, but that’s really the only positive thing. The rooms weren’t very clean, and we had to let the reception know if we wanted fresh towels or our room cleaned. Even though we did that properly, no one came — the room wasn’t cleaned and the towels weren’t changed. On top of that, you can hear every single step from the floor above, which can be quite annoying if you’re sensitive to noise.

Hotel aging and especially dirty. We were a family in a half basement room too small for three people, with no way to open the windows. Cleanliness is to be reviewed: black traces on the wall against the bed, leaky shower, bathroom with toilet glued to the shower and sink without any storage , black hair in the sheets, stains on mattresses and bed covers. The height: a thousand legs in our bed! It ended up in the toilet bowls ( See photos ). Breakfast: go elsewhere because very summary and dry pastries (from the day before?) . Too bad because the neighborhood is quiet and very close to the victoria station. We will not go back!!!
