City Centre B&B

I've have never paid as much for what felt like a room in someone's grannys house uncomfortable single bed in a room you wouldnt swing cat no place to hang up clothes bar leave on bed beside you no tv no proper Wi-Fi charged more than booking price an Irish breakfast which was half the ingredients house surrounded in the family's pics on every wall in dining room which had music room on door this was an overpriced stay and no proper an amenities even the car parking was a struggle I had to reverse in on a busy road to make car fit into a tight spot I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here

This is run by a lovely couple. They are very accommodating and friendly. We felt welcome and free to come and go as we pleased. They were friendly and thoughtful. Accommodations were comfortable, (we stayed in the room with 1 double bed and two twins). .

I booked a 1 night stay and agreed an arrival time with the owner. When I arrived no-one was home. I called the owner and said he'd be there in 5 minutes. Not a word of apology. He didn't come when he said so I left and got accommodation elsewhere. My bank account was debited for the cost of the stay although I didn't actually stay, through no fault of my own. I've asked for a refund on a couple of occasions from both the owner and B&B Ireland but the money has not been refunded and messages I sent were not acknowledged. This was unbelievably unethical practice and appaling treatment of a visitor to the city. So anyone thinking of staying there, beware! And if you're going to use B&B Ireland - have nothing to do with them! This is what their website says: Your B&B hosts are waiting to welcome you." Couldn't be further from the truth.
