Tower Hotel Derry

I recently organised an event in the Maldron Hotel and the service I received was excellent. I was working with events manager Chiree for at least 4 months in preparation for the event and we kept in contact regularly about progress. We received everything we requested for the event and Chiree offered additional support if something went off plan! all the staff leading up to and during the event were very accommodating, helpful and extremely friendly! I would definitely return to Maldron hotel for an event and would strongly recommend the service and facilities offered to other businesses.

I had chosen the Maldron Derry hotel due to its central location and an on-site Gym. Both have convinced me very much and led to a very positive experience. A complementary car park is also available (somehow covered by the high price though) 👍 My room was spacious, clean and availed of all necessary amenities (safe, fridge). The Gym offers a nice view, is pretty small however covers all essential equipment 💪 I loved the breakfast with a gluten free corner at the very end and a great variety of products. Great location as so central, that I kept my car parked all day long till the departure in the afternoon.

The hotel is average. There is nothing exceptional or bad about it. The staff was good at the front desk and poor at breakfast. Breakfast itself was average. The room was too warm when it was only 65 degrees outside. The room was quiet. The gym on the top floor is in need of a refresh.
