Omg where do we begin So we had family coming up from down south to visit so I tried to book a table for 9 on Sunday the z28 th June I rang and rang could I speak to restaurant yes put me through nobody answered z4 times this happened so e mail No response so had to go and book wanted the roast ohoo can only do this on line omg do eventually booked So family arrived we attended the restaurant at 4 pm On said day not a sole in only us Not suprised nobody can get through to book , Anyone bothered not at all Food wasn’t the best very bland beef chewy ect So family retired to bed to be woken by one of the staff entering the room at 1.30 am Oho sorry thought room was empty So complain to reception who took over 28 hours to respond With oho yeah the system said room was empty at and another guest needed a Hairdryer at 1.30 am Really So we apologise and will you except a bottle of wine wtf really So ended up with £ 30 food vouchers So don’t go here don’t stay don’t eat don’t bother as it’s shocking Worst hotel ever and they’ve should be ashamed of them selfs Stay as far away as possible Picture of meal Had with the voucher £27 for this shocking could even be bothered to put any veg / garnish with no wonder restaurant Was empty

After 3 previous visits my friends and I were looking forward to our mini spa break. I had paid for the extra package of toiletries flip flops and robe, non of which were present on my arrival. After contacting reception the toiletries were left in my room during dinner but I didn't receive the rest of my package and am still waiting for a reply from the hotel. The hotel room was not cleaned or serviced for our 2 night stay. We did not expect towels to be changed but bins should have been emptied and bed made as the bare minimum. The food was nowhere near the standard we had been used to on our previous visits. The service was slow and concentrated on the bar area where the menu seemed better than the restaurant. The jam jar desserts were almost inedible! Our spa treatments were not bespoke to our needs and the young girls treating us seemed disinterested in explaining what they were doing and putting us at our ease. One was chewing gum or mints! Altogether our experience was poor and we are looking elsewhere for our next spa break.
