All the staff are very lovely and friendly.Carmen and Harvey they both were very polite,kind and helpful.Very excellent customer service.

Pillows lacking any padding. Rooms hot. Breakfast only offered cereal - all hot food trays empty. not even a slice of bread for the toaster

Have just returned from an overnight here. Room was immaculate. Very comfortable beds and spacious room with a nice view of the river. Position perfect as there is a retail park across the road. Bus and trams easily accessible into town or to the picadilly train station. Special thanks to Mia and Poppy. Such nice staff members. A credit to Travelodge. So helpful for getting around, reception skills exceptional. Very knowledgeable about the area for transport, cafés and shopping. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of food. Not expensive. I will definitely stay here again.
