Property is not habitable by any means, cameras installed around and inside property (and facing inside bedrooms) which is illegal, health and safety concerns due to broken leaking toilets, front door is not secure and can easily be opened with very little force, bedrooms and beds are dirty and most furniture broken, downstairs television not working, property manager will ignore your messages and does not provide a valid contact telephone number incase of emergencies. Property manager did not provide access to building on time leaving us (group of 8) outside in the rain for an hour, then to receive an email with codes which were incorrect. After refusing a refund and many weeks of emails I have finally received a full refund when threatened with legal action. Read other reviews online (tripadvisor). Stay at own risk.

Booked 2 rooms. THIN walls. First we had trouble getting into the door. The linen looked dirty. The shared toilet was unclean. Worse part was the THIN walls. We could hear every conversation the couple next door were having and more.

A group of young adults used this guest house. Whilst all was in order for the stay, it took a very strongly worded conversation with Booking.com (who booked it) to eventually get the owner/ manager to get the deposit back (some £130). It took over a month to sort it. Numerous messages left but never a return call
