Hilton Manchester Airport (I)

Had a one night stay here before a flight from Manchester Airport and was extremely impressed with the large pleasant bedroom and clean functional bathroom. We found a parking space right outside the entrance and check in was fast. All the staff including the hotel manager we spoke to were professional and very friendly. I would especially like to mention the restaurant manager and staff who were so nice and accommodating. Very well done to you all. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for 5 weeks for work and it was outstanding! The staff are phenomenal and work so hard, they are a credit to the brand. I was always looked after and nothing was ever to much trouble, Every morning, every evening a warm friendly welcome was received! Some staff I would like to recognise are Dan (FOH Manger), Sara (FOH Reception Supervisor), Nirash (F&B Supervisor), Urvash (F&B Supervisor), Alexandrea (Orla - F&B Duty Manager), Lisa (F&B Supervisor), Hamza ( F&B Waiter), Eugen (F&B Waiter) and Emil (Operations Manager) - thank you so much to each and everyone of you. Anytime I am back in Manchester I would not hesitate booking here and know I would not only enjoy my stay but be looked after.

Upon check in the reception was quite busy with many people checking in and many checking out at the same time but the staff were never fazed. After an efficient check in, my room was a good size and very comfortable. Breakfast was also busy but enough space and never feeling cramped. Food was good. Recommended.
