Sharon checked us in when we arrived at the hotel for my husband’s birthday and our 5th Anniversary! She gave us some wonderful recommendations of places to visit while in Manchester. She also personally put a “Happy Anniversary” banner on our door and put slippers in our room. Exceptional guest service!!!!! Sharon created a wonderful memory for us!
Thank you, Sharon!!

I stayed at this hotel with my family, in a room for three (double bed and sofa bed). The room is fine, but when using the sofa as a second bed it becomes extremely tight on space, and for three people with luggage it is insufficient. The included breakfast is just okay. The hotel is very well located in the Northern Quarter, with many restaurants nearby, and it allows you to walk around the entire center of Manchester.

Stayed here for two nights while attending The Weeknd concert at the Etihad Stadium and found it to be a great base for our trip.
We arrived before check-in and were able to leave our luggage at the hotel, which was really convenient and allowed us to make the most of our day before returning later to check in.
The location is very convenient, being around a 10-minute walk from Manchester Victoria station, with a Metrolink stop just a couple of minutes down the road. It made getting around Manchester incredibly easy, whether heading to the concert or into the city centre for shopping. After the concert, we chose to walk back from the Etihad Stadium, which took around 40 minutes and was straightforward to do.
We stayed on the 8th floor and had great views across the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, with tea and coffee-making facilities provided. The walk-in shower was fantastic, and the complimentary shampoo and body wash in the bathroom were a nice touch as well.
Breakfast was decent, with a selection including cereals, muffins, croissants, and the usual cooked breakfast options. The only downside was the seating area, which can get quite busy. If you're staying over a weekend, I'd recommend going before 8am to avoid struggling to find a table.
Overall, we'd think of staying here again. It's a comfortable and convenient base for visiting Manchester, whether you're attending an event at one of the arenas or simply coming for a shopping trip.
