We are staying the night before our holiday. We have encountered Gautham a number of times and he's a very polite and welcoming team member. A total asset to the team! Would definitely stay again, the whole team are lovely and so welcoming! Great start to a holiday.

Stayed before an early morning flight staff were great , Hannah in the restaurant was very polite and friendly, a credit to premier inn

Looks shocking on the outside now with bits falling off. The rooms have been refurbished and are great but the bar and restaurants area is poor. We ate at the premier inn opposite which was great. We’ve stayed here 4 times now prior to flying and it’s good value but please do something about the outside.
