Location is excellent. Staff were friendly and efficient. We booked a premier plus room (2nd floor) at a reasonable price but we had some problems with the hot water supply. Always cold at the sink tap despite running it for ages (a waste of water) but the shower was okay on this visit. On our previous visit (2nd floor premier plus room) there was no hot water at all and customer services gave us a partial refund as we had to boil the kettle to get washed. Management really need to have this issue investigated and resolved. We paid for breakfast and whilst not great it was acceptable. The inconsistent hot water supply puts us off staying again.

Close to Bridgewater which is why we chose it, and we had a fabulous time. All staff were lovely, especially Becky on breakfast, who was smily and had great banter with me and my husband, think it was her and the manager we met, both lovely girls and made us laugh. 100% will come again, even if for the laughs

Me and my colleagues stayed for a conference over at the convention centre. Breakfast was busy but everything was still warm and hot, if slightly mental. Beckie was the manager I believe that morning and it was nice to see someone smiling, even at that time in the morning, she even let us stay and work even though they were closed.
