Premier Inn Old Trafford

Debbie and Amy went above and beyond for us. Their kindness actually bought me to tears. We were there to visit my Mom at The Christie hospital and they made what was a terrible time for our family more bearable. Thank you 🙏

The hotel is in need of a refurb and update. The air conditioning in my room didn't work so I asked the reception staff if they could have a look at it while I was out. When I returned it worked a little bit, but stopped working again. When it was turned on it didn't blow any air, and kept turning off. The window didn't open properly so the room was stifling and uncomfortable to sleep in. The bathroom also smelled of sewage or damp, but I didn't report this to the reception as I knew the hotel was fully booked.

We had a great time staying here,so close to stadium and buses,big shout out to Debbie on reception couldn't have been nicer very helpful,we will be back
