Princess On Portland

We had a great stay at the Townhouse Hotel. It was very central and especially easy to catch trams and buses. We both slept well and were not disturbed by having a room at the front of the hotel. We particularly appreciated Florinda’s help at breakfast time. Rebecca, on reception, gave us a good recommendation for dinner and pointed out useful places nearby.

I travel a lot and stay in hotels often, but I have never experienced such poor customer service. It has been impossible to get in touch with the hotel manager, and the staff has not been able to help or answer my questions. I have written several times without answer, and even Hotels.com has tried to contact the hotel without success. I still haven't received any reply from the hotel. In addition, our sheets were not changed one single time during our three nights. It is unprofessional, and therefore I can unfortunately not recommend the hotel!
