Radisson Blu Edwardian Manchester Hotel

There are better 5 star hotels to stay nearby. Really disappointed. The twin allegedly upgraded room wasn’t anything special. The service just wasn’t as I expected. Breakfast was a real disappointment - including despite the menu promising freshly squeezed fruit juices; they were out of a carton. No one seemed bothered either when i pointed this out….. Just not good enough & a real shame. A beautiful building & I expected better from Radisson 😢

Here for 30th birthday celebrations with multi generation family. From start to finish the service from staff has been exemplary. Of particular mention is Salim. He went above and beyond and is a true asset to the hotel

This hotel was beautiful and had everything we needed; comfort, good food, spa and gym. The staff were amazing and I want to especially mention Gary who went above and beyond for me when I lost something important to me; not only did he find it but he also rang me straight away to stop me stressing! Thanks again, Gary! Totally recommend staying here as it is also easy to get around.
