Excellent Customer service! Mic went out of his way to help me. I’m from Mauritius and I was feeling cold in spring in Manchester. He managed to get me a heater and also he made sure I had my vegan Croissants! Lovely and very helpful boy! Does his work with love and extremely helpful!! My stay was very comfortable because of him.

Stayed for just 3 nights. We were greeted warmly on arrival. Check in was quick and we were given an additional keycard for our room. Room could have done with a little TLC, but was more than adequate for our needs. Hot drinks machine available throughout the day, with complimentary croissants in the morning. All staff very friendly and helpful.

I never stay anywhere else when I'm in Manchester. The rooms are amazing for the price. Roomy and so comfy. In an amazingly central location. Just wonderful. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming with smiles on their faces. This trip I particularly would like to thank Rajae for the welcome and looking after me so well. Until next time.
