Victoria Warehouse Hotel

Oh Dear Victoria Warehouse. The smell of synthetic perfume in reception & toilets is over whelming. Please do a little research about how toxic this is for staff & visitors. Really hoping I don't take a migraine away as a memory

The place itself is fine. Queuing up was okay and organised. The problem I found, and others have told me also in the past, are some of the security members. One big built guy in particular who was arrogant and damn rude. Because of this I doubt I will ever book a gig at this place ever again. I may also inform 02 of my experience. Not all security are like this but definitely a few of them are. Maybe they should look for another job. Maybe join the Army.

Had a booking with Victoria Warehouse Hotel which had been made over 2 YEARS in advance to find that the hotel decided to close and therefore cancel all bookings with two weeks notice. Hotel failed to give a reason and also gave no means to query with themselves as their phone number forwarded onto an answering service which ironically didnt have the facility to leave any message. Considering the booking has been made originally in November 2019 for an event in the December of 2020 then throughout the lockdown period of that year where events were cancelled and hotels were losing business we took the option to keep the booking with the hotel and transfer the booking over to the following year for our convenience and to keep the business with the hotel for their financial benefit. It was only on the 7th December 2021 that the hotel then issued an email to say our booking for later that month has been cancelled with immediate effect however with no reason or no means of asking any further question. The hotels own number was not available and routed through to a call handling service when no message could be left. When querying the hotels website it simply stated it was 'Closed Until 2022' with no explanation for queries or guests like ourselves whom had bookings cancelled with no information or reason. Ironically the same website says "We love surprising people" - which is the truth cause they will cancel your booking without notice and without reason. A shambles.
