Campanile Liverpool Queens Dock

Very clean & friendly staff, first time in Liverpool & would recommend to family & friends. Will be back sometime in the future when the main museum is open again.Would recommend the Beatles bus tour & the Liver building tour.

Secure parking (paid seperate) nice rooms, good last minute value. Friendly staff. On the roadside so usual traffic. Ideal place~

This hotel is supposed to have been refurbished but the shower curtain and bathroom in general was dirty. I didn’t have my booking reference to hand so so wasn’t aloud to check in without it, I was given a number to call and the lady on the phone said she couldnt give me the reference. I had to stand in the lobby and managed to get the reference from my laptop and when I read it out clearly the lady at reception had it in front of her saying that’s one. Offered ID and card made on booking but would not accept this… although this is what it states in the booking T&Cs. Too hot, windows that barely open but still had flies everywhere all over the ceiling. Asked for a glass of ice but wasn’t allowed to take a glass to my room only was allowed a paper cup, in case I fell and cut myself… to be clear I was sober but extremely drunk people carry glasses around the bar!
