Holiday Inn City Centre

The location for this hotel is perfect. I wanted something central to everything and this did not disappoint. From our arrival (early) until our last moments we found this hotel has staff like no other iv experienced. From the kind bubbly receptionist to the staff at breakfast we felt so welcome. I want to especially mention Laila who went above and beyond to make my husbands birthday feel extra special. From the hand written notes and the room treats it made such an exciting weekend all the more special for us both. Im a sucker for the small touches. But this was so kind and heart warming we actually couldn't get over how everything was so well thought of. We just would love to say thank you and it will not be forgotten. What a wonderful asset you are. The hotel was super clean and the beautiful scent that was being pumped in the reception was 5star!! We travel often to Liverpool and will be excited to stay with in this hotel again. special mention to a lady( didn't catch her name) at breakfast that has been with the hotel for decades. She is a gem. Made to feel so welcome and great chats with her. Elite staff i cannot praise them enough!! we had a beautiful room with a view and it was a great size. I highly recommend.

It’s not often that I leave hotel reviews, but I felt compelled to share our experience at the Holiday Inn Liverpool City Centre. The hotel itself ticks all the boxes — excellent central location, comfortable, convenient and everything you’d expect — but what really sets it apart is the staff. It’s been quite some time since I’ve experienced such a genuinely strong level of service from a hotel team. Everyone we encountered seemed to make a real effort to ensure we had a great stay. A special mention has to go to Owen at check-in, who was extremely helpful and welcoming and really set the tone for our stay from the moment we arrived. I’d also like to single out Kathy at breakfast, who was absolutely amazing — friendly, attentive and genuinely couldn't have done more for us. A huge thank you to the entire Holiday Inn Liverpool City Centre team for an exceptional stay. We’ll definitely be back.

Whenever were in Liverpool this is always our go to hotel. Conveniently situated by the Railway Station, Theatre, and shopping. Attentive courteous staff,with excellent customer service skills. Looking forward to our return later on in the year. Many Thanks once again.
