Holiday Inn Express Knowsley (I)

Very good location road access wise. Whilst a modern hotel building, it is nice outside and on site parking is good. In a good location for access into Liverpool. Staff are friendly and very nice - go the extra mile. They were so helpful and friendly it is only fair to state this. Public areas are fine and have been upgraded from a few years ago when the hotal was a HIExpress. Breakfast food is varied and plentiful and overall good quality. Thick cut bacon was very good indeed. Room was fine, and has been altered since HIExpress days, but some further room attention/refurb would perhaps be a good idea..... Overall would highly recommend in terms of value for money.

I had to return home for my mums funeral. Stayed at this hotel. Laura and Liam were very kind to my sister and I. Hotel really needs an update please Breakfast is very good lots of choices.

We stayed two nights at this hotel while enjoying the rugby at Everton football ground. We arrived to a warm welcome and a comfortable room after a long and arduous journey up from Cornwall. There was everything we needed in our room for a good nights sleep including air conditioning, a comfortable bed and lots of tea, coffee etc in the bedroom and shower gel in the bathroom. It was very clean too. It was on a quiet estate road, not too far from where we needed to be the next day. We also enjoyed pizza and beer in the evening on our second night that were good value and very tasty. The hotel was very good value and we will definitely be booking again next year for Magic Weekend.
