Some of their staff seem to be incompetent and unfriendly. They screwed up my booking. The hotel manager did apologise, but it was a bad experience overall. And apologies are not the same as fixing the problem. The location is good, opposite Albert Dock. The main museums are within a few minutes walk. Lots of shops nearby. The bar is 24 hours. Lots of parking, including plenty disabled bays. It can be very expensive during football matchdays, but reasonable prices at other times. I probably won't stay here again though.

The location of this hotel is perfect if you are wanting to visit the docs. It is just across the street from it, so like a 2 minute walk if the road isn’t too busy! The best thing about this place is it has its own carpark which was £13 per night. This was ideal, as we then didn’t have to search for any additional place to pop the car. The rooms were fine, bed was comfy but the shower room was weird? Felt kinda like a cruise ship bathroom, not a lot of space at all but that didn’t really matter!

First of all, for the price we paid, we found the accommodation to be completely adequate. The beds were comfy, and the rooms had everything you'd expect. We had a dog with us, and there are dog friendly rooms on the ground floor. The location was fantastic for us. Within walking distance to the Albert docks, the water front and the city centre. We used the restaurant one evening, again, prices were fair and the food was good. All the staff that we dealt with were friendly and helpful. There is a fee for parking which is cheaper than other hotels we've stayed at in the Albert's Docks area.
