had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast. There was a great selection of fresh and delicious food, and the restaurant staff were exceptional. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile. They made us feel welcome every morning and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a great breakfast experience

My wife and I stopped at the Liverpool Marriott on 9th July 2026 and was greatly impressed by this excellent hotel and great service received, with a special mention for the lady on the front desk, who i believe was called Alexandra, she was efficient, professional and a true asset to the Marriott Group.

what an incredible stay again, from friendly staff at every point throughout the hotel to the lovely clean and comfortable rooms to the incredible breakfast and service. They had a great vegan choice available. They also cooked one of the nicest omelets I have ever had. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, nothing is to much trouble.
